患者様の非公開お問い合わせとトピック情報
非公開のお問い合わせでは、氏名、メールアドレス、郵便番号、市区町村、記事の文脈、同意内容を処理します。自動的な不正利用を防ぐため、サーバーはネットワークアドレスから仮名化されたHMACフィンガープリントも作成します。元のネットワークアドレスはお問い合わせと共に保存せず、フィンガープリントは25時間以内に削除し、医院やResendには共有しません。自由記入や健康情報は収集せず、公開結果や歯科医プロフィールも表示しません。
お問い合わせに関する連絡と、同意に基づく適切な参加歯科医院への転送に使用します。データはDDJの非公開バックエンドに保存され、公開されません。
お問い合わせデータは受領から遅くとも90日後に削除します。
トピック情報は任意で、お問い合わせとは別です。確認されない場合、保留中の登録は7日後に削除されます。確認後、メールアドレス、同意記録、トピックの文脈を、配信停止または同意撤回まで保存します。登録によって氏名、郵便番号、市区町村の保存期間が延長されることはありません。
お問い合わせまたは情報配信への同意は、DDJへの連絡または各メールの配信停止リンクから、いつでも将来に向けて撤回できます。開示、訂正、削除、制限、異議申立ても請求できます。
