Private Patientenanfragen und Themen-Updates
Für die private Anfrage verarbeiten wir Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Postleitzahl, Ort, Artikelkontext und Ihre Einwilligungen. Zum Schutz vor automatisiertem Missbrauch erzeugt der Server zusätzlich einen pseudonymen HMAC-Netzwerkfingerabdruck. Die rohe Netzwerkadresse wird nicht mit der Anfrage gespeichert; der Fingerabdruck wird spätestens nach 25 Stunden gelöscht und weder an Praxen noch an Resend übermittelt. Das Formular erfasst keinen Freitext und keine Gesundheitsdaten; öffentliche Suchergebnisse oder Arztprofile werden nicht angezeigt.
Wir nutzen die Angaben, um Sie zur Anfrage zu kontaktieren und sie mit Ihrer Einwilligung an passende teilnehmende Praxen weiterzuleiten. Die Anfragedaten werden in den privaten Backend-Systemen von DDJ gespeichert und nicht veröffentlicht.
Die Anfragedaten werden spätestens 90 Tage nach Eingang gelöscht.
Themen-Updates sind freiwillig und von der Anfrage getrennt. Ohne Bestätigung wird die ausstehende Anmeldung nach sieben Tagen gelöscht. Nach Ihrer Bestätigung speichern wir E-Mail-Adresse, Einwilligungsnachweis und Themenkontext bis zur Abmeldung oder zum Widerruf. Name, Postleitzahl und Ort werden wegen des Newsletter-Abos nicht über die Anfragefrist hinaus gespeichert.
Sie können die Einwilligung zur Anfrage oder zu den Themen-Updates jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen – per Nachricht an DDJ oder über den Abmeldelink in jeder Update-E-Mail. Außerdem können Sie Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung oder Widerspruch verlangen.
