Privacy Policy
The data controller for Daily Dental Journal is Daily Dental Journal.
Private patient inquiries and topic updates
For a private inquiry, we process your name, email address, postal code, city, article context and consents. To prevent automated abuse, the server also creates a pseudonymous HMAC network fingerprint. The raw network address is not stored with the inquiry; the fingerprint is deleted within 25 hours and shared with neither practices nor Resend. The form collects no free text or health information and displays no public search results or dentist profiles.
We use the details to contact you about the inquiry and, with your consent, forward it to suitable participating practices. Inquiry data is stored in DDJโs private backend systems and is not published.
Inquiry data is deleted no later than 90 days after receipt.
Topic updates are optional and separate from the inquiry. If you do not confirm, the pending signup is deleted after seven days. After confirmation, we retain the email address, consent record and topic context until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. A subscription does not keep your name, postal code or city beyond the inquiry period.
You may withdraw inquiry or topic-update consent at any time for the future by contacting DDJ or using the unsubscribe link in every update email. You may also request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object to processing.
