비공개 문의에는 이름, 이메일, 우편번호, 도시, 글의 맥락과 동의 내역을 처리합니다. 자동화된 악용을 막기 위해 서버는 가명 처리된 HMAC 네트워크 지문도 생성합니다. 원래 네트워크 주소는 문의와 함께 저장하지 않으며, 지문은 25시간 이내 삭제되고 병원이나 Resend에 공유되지 않습니다. 자유 입력이나 건강 정보를 수집하지 않으며 공개 결과나 치과의사 프로필을 표시하지 않습니다.
문의에 관해 연락하고, 동의에 따라 적합한 참여 치과로 전달하는 데 사용합니다. 데이터는 DDJ의 비공개 백엔드에 저장되며 공개되지 않습니다.
문의 데이터는 접수 후 늦어도 90일이 지나면 삭제합니다.
주제 소식은 선택 사항이며 문의와 분리됩니다. 확인하지 않으면 대기 중인 신청은 7일 후 삭제됩니다. 확인 후 이메일, 동의 기록과 주제 맥락을 구독 취소 또는 동의 철회 때까지 보관합니다. 구독 때문에 이름, 우편번호 또는 도시를 문의 기간보다 오래 보관하지 않습니다.
문의 또는 주제 소식 동의는 DDJ에 연락하거나 각 이메일의 구독 취소 링크를 이용해 언제든 향후에 대해 철회할 수 있습니다. 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한 또는 이의 제기도 요청할 수 있습니다.
